Jeff Eigen’s expressive narration has helped the documentary, Black Ice, to garner Best Documentary Short Film Award at the 2008 Roxbury Film Festival in Boston. Black Ice was written, directed and produced by George and Darril Fosty on a shoestring budget. Black Ice tells the story of how the sons and grandsons of runaway American slaves helped pioneer the sport of ice hockey.
